NJ HAMBURG — Hamburg Board of Public Works authorized Boswell Engineering to draft will-serve letters for The Woods mixed-use development project. The 30-unit Hamburg development requires approximately 12,600 gallons of water and 6,750 gallons per day of sewer capacity. Engineer Paul Ferriero said sewer connection fees have been paid but water connection fees remain outstanding.
Water Operator John Perry reported normal flows and confirmed the meter at 35 Circle Drive, recently calibrated after three prior replacements; the board upheld a resident's full water bill despite an earlier estimation period. Seven members voted unanimously on all motions before adjourning at 7:16 p.m.
